Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at  www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(i) first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/Wyndham-rewards or wyndhamhotels.com, or through the “My Promotions” section of his/her/their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/Wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, during the period that begins on May 5, 2025 and runs through and includes June 30, 2025 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(ii) after registering but by June 30, 2025, book one or more Qualified Stays each of at least two (2) consecutive nights at any participating Wyndham Vacation Clubs resort, subject to availability, on www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-vacations, or wyndhamhotels.com, and complete such stay(s) by August 31, 2025 (the requirements set forth in this clause (ii), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

Except as otherwise set forth below with respect to Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency rather than Wyndham Rewards points (“Miles Earners”), a Registered Member who books and completes a Qualified Stay of two (2) or more consecutive nights in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements will receive 2X the amount of Base Points such Member would have earned for such stay, absent this Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms (the additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms, a “Bonus”). For example, a Qualified Stay of two (2) consecutive nights that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 2,000 Base Points would, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 4,000 points (2 X 2,000 = 4,000, with 2,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remaining 2,000 points denominated as the Bonus). Miles Earners who take advantage of this Offer will receive their base earnings in accordance with the Program Terms (i.e., base earnings in miles or other applicable Travel Partner Currency), and their Bonus in Wyndham Rewards points only. Such Bonus will be in an amount equal to the number of base miles (or other applicable Travel Partner Currency) earned. For clarity, a Member will not receive a Bonus for a no-show.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. The Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before May 5, 2025 and/or (c) ends after August 31, 2025, will not be counted towards this Offer. Free Nights and Discounted Nights with Points + Cash are also not eligible for this Offer.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival check-in time of 4:00 pm, local time, to avoid being charged first night plus tax.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: This Offer is not combinable with other Wyndham Rewards bonus point multiplier offers. A Qualified Stay of two (2) or more consecutive nights that should qualify for a Bonus in accordance with these Offer Terms may be processed differently if the nights, though consecutive, have been booked at different times and/or the stay is associated with more than one reservation confirmation number. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
