*Wyndham Rewards Trucker Recharge Terms & Conditions

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this bonus points and upgrade to Gold Level offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(i)      receive an invitation in the form of an email from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (“Offer Invitation”) or a QR code included in information provided in the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts booth at the Mid-America Trucking Show on March 27, 2025 (“Offer QR Code”), in each case specific to the Offer; then

(ii)    register for the Offer by clicking on the link in the Offer Invitation or scanning the Offer QR Code (any individual who is or becomes a Member and registers for this Offer in accordance with the foregoing requirements will be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(iii)   after registering, book and complete one (1) or more Qualified Stays using a corporate negotiated rate at a participating hotel in the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. or Canada on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below) (the requirements set forth in this clause (iii), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

Registered Members who complete three (3) or more Qualifying Nights by December 1 of the year in which they register for this Offer will remain registered for this Offer as of January 1 of the following year (the “Registration Requirement”). Registered Members who do not meet the Registration Requirement must re-register for the Offer on or after January 1 of the following year in order to re-qualify for this Offer. Registered Members who register for the Offer between December 1 and December 31 of a given year will remain registered for the Offer as of January 1 of the following year.

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(a)    www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the participating Hotel Chains;

(b)    the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating Hotel Chains;

(c)     onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property;

(d)    the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App; or

(e)    via Global Distribution System (ex., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo and Pegasus).

(f)    via your company’s negotiated direct connection interface with Wyndham.

Except as otherwise set forth below with respect to Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency rather than Wyndham Rewards points ( “Miles Earners”), a Registered Member who books and completes one or more Qualified Stays in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements will receive 2X the amount of Base Points they would have earned for such stay(s), absent this Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms, up to a maximum of fifteen thousand (15,000) additional points per calendar year. The additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as the “Bonus Points”. For example, a Qualified Stay that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 2,000 Base Points, would instead, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 4,000 points (2 X 2,000 = 4,000, with 2,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remaining 2,000 points denominated as the Bonus Points).

Miles Earners who take advantage of this Offer will receive their base earnings in accordance with the Program Terms (i.e., base earnings in miles or other applicable Travel Partner Currency), and their Bonus Points in Wyndham Rewards points only. Such Bonus will be in an amount equal to the number of base miles (or other applicable Travel Partner Currency).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, a Member can earn a maximum of fifteen thousand (15,000) Bonus Points per calendar year. For clarity, a Member will not receive a Bonus for a no-show.

Upon completion of a Registered Member’s first Qualified Stay completed in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements, a Registered Member’s Wyndham Rewards account will be upgraded to Gold Level within two to four weeks. Maximum of one (1) upgrade to Gold Level per eligible Registered Member. Any Registered Member who has already joined the Wyndham Rewards program and obtained Wyndham Rewards Gold Level or higher will retain such preexisting Wyndham Rewards Member Level in accordance with the Program Terms. The Gold Level awarded pursuant to this Offer will expire on December 31 of the year following the year in which the Gold Level upgrade is awarded.

A Registered Member’s Gold Member Level earned pursuant to this Offer cannot be transferred, purchased or sold. A Registered Member’s Member Level status and the benefits applicable to each Member Level are subject to full Member Level terms and conditions within the Program Terms.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. Bonus Points will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, will not be counted towards this Offer. Stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, are not eligible for this Offer. Free Nights and Discounted Nights with Points + Cash are also not eligible for this Offer.

For the avoidance of doubt, Wyndham Rewards® Business accounts are not eligible for this Offer.

Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited by law.
