Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for a Member Level upgrade pursuant to this offer (“Upgrade Offer”) a Wyndham Rewards Member must: (i) receive an email invitation from Wyndham Rewards specific to this Upgrade Offer and/or receive this Upgrade Offer in the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account (each, an “Upgrade Offer Invitation”); then (ii) between the date of such Member’s Upgrade Offer Invitation and 11:59 pm ET on December 31, 2021, claim his/her/their upgrade via the click through process in the Upgrade Offer Invitation or by calling Member Services at the applicable number found here. Upgrade will be made effective within about three (3) weeks after confirmation by Wyndham Rewards of Member's upgrade eligibility; Member will receive confirmation of such upgrade by email sent to the email address stored in his/her/their Member account. Maximum of one (1) Member Level upgrade per eligible Member pursuant to this Upgrade Offer.  Without limiting the Program Terms, Wyndham Rewards, Inc. reserves the right to downgrade the Member Level of any Member who claims, or attempts to claim, more than one (1) Member Level upgrade in connection with this Upgrade Offer.  Subject to the Program Terms, the Member Level awarded pursuant to this Upgrade Offer will expire on December 31, 2022.  NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED IN THESE OFFER TERMS AND/OR ANY ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION OF THIS UPGRADE OFFER, THIS UPGRADE OFFER WILL NOT APPLY IN CASES WHERE A MEMBER OTHERWISE QUALIFIES FOR DIAMOND LEVEL PURSUANT TO THE PROGRAM TERMS PRIOR TO CLAIMING AN UPGRADE HEREUNDER.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the Upgrade Offer without notice. A Member’s upgraded Member Level awarded pursuant to this Upgrade Offer cannot be transferred, purchased or sold. Except as specifically modified by these Offer Terms, a Member’s Member Level status and the benefits applicable to each Member Level are subject to full Member Level terms and conditions within the Program Terms. This Upgrade Offer is void where prohibited.

²Booking direct refers to booking on any website or call center that is owned, operated, and/or managed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app; it does not include booking on site at individual properties or by calling such properties directly. The Member Rate is often the lowest available rate offered via direct booking, but on occasion the lowest available rate offered via direct booking will be a different rate, and could be one that is available to both Members and non-Members of the Wyndham Rewards Program.
