Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamRewards.com/terms (the “Program Terms”). Members of the MYEDGE Players Club (“MYEDGE”) who qualify for a Member Level upgrade pursuant to these Promotion Terms will receive an upgrade to Gold Level (“Gold Upgrade Offer”). To qualify for this Gold Upgrade Offer, a MYEDGE Players Club member must (i) be an active member of MYEDGE Players Club, (ii) receive an email invitation or direct mail invitation specific to this Gold Upgrade Offer, (iii) be or become a Wyndham Rewards Member and (iv) complete the registration process by clicking here, logging into their Wyndham Rewards Member Account and completing the required fields. Maximum of one (1) upgrade to Gold Level per eligible MYEDGE Players Club member.
This Gold Upgrade Offer is exclusive to MYEDGE Players Club members who meet the eligibility requirements described above. Any eligible MYEDGE Players Club member who has already obtained the Gold Member Level or higher in the Wyndham Rewards program will retain such preexisting Wyndham Rewards Member Level in accordance with the Program Terms. A Gold Member Level earned pursuant to this Gold Upgrade Offer cannot be transferred, purchased, sold, or substituted for or combined with any other offer.
