By using the Wyndham Travel Budle platform which platform is operated by a third party, Snowstorm Technologies (UK) Limited under agreement with a subsidiary of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (the “Platform”) to make a reservation, you accept and agree to the Terms of Use of Snowstorm Technologies (UK) Limited and the respective  cancellation policies of all applicable travel providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, car rental agencies, transfer and activity operators, etc.)(collectively, “Travel Providers”). 

All content, information and inventory contained within or available through the Platform are provided to you on an "as is," basis. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, inventory or materials included on the Platform. To the fullest extent permissible, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts disclaims all representations and warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or satisfactory workmanlike effort, informational content, title, or non-infringement of the rights of third parties.  Without limiting the foregoing, no warranty or guarantee is made that (i) a user will receive the lowest available price for goods and/or services available through the Platform or (ii) regarding the availability of products and/or services through the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., including, without limitation, its officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, licensors, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the Platform and its contents (collectively the "Released Parties"), be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, compensatory, consequential, or punitive damages or any damages whatsoever.

Travel Providers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of the Released Parties. To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties do not assume liability or for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to an act or omission of a Travel Provider and do not accept responsibility for any damage and/or delay.

You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any Travel Provider, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due, and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions governing use of the Travel Provider's products and services. You understand that any violation of any such Travel Provider's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase(s), in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, automobiles or other products or services and/or, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase(s).  You will be solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of the Platform.

You agree that the Released Parties will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the performance or non-performance of any Travel Provider.

Wyndham Travel Bundles prepaid hotel rates (collectively, the “WTB Rates”, and each individually, a “WTB Rate”), offered on stays at participating hotels that are booked on the Wyndham Travel Budle website, provide a discount off a participating hotel’s Standard Rate (as defined below). For purposes of these terms and conditions (“Terms”): “Standard Rate” means the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on any website or call center that is owned, operated and/or managed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and/or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app for the property, date and accommodations requested.

The WTB Rate for Wyndham Rewards members will be lower than the WTB Rate offered to non-members (i.e., a Member’s WTB Rate will offer a greater discount off of the Standard Rate than a non-member’s WTB Rate).

WTB Rate stays must be booked in combination with one (1) or more flights, and each such stay must be booked and paid in full in advance. Reservations made for a hotel at a WTB Rate become non-cancelable and non-refundable 24 hours after booking. The WTB Rates are subject to availability and blackout dates. Not all hotels offer the WTB Rates at all times, and some do not offer them at any time.

Additional restrictions, such as room type and advance booking deadlines, will vary by hotel. Please check with individual property for details.

WTB Rates are available for individual bookings only, not valid for existing reservations and may be changed or discontinued at any time. The WTB Rates are subject to applicable law and void where prohibited by law.

The WTB Rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount, coupon, sale promotion, prior purchase, or purchase of a gift certificate except to the extent another offer specifically identifies itself as combinable with the hotel component of a Wyndham Travel Budle. The WTB Rates do not include resort/service fees, taxes, incidentals or gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Rate, taxes, applicable dates, and credit guarantee may vary by property; please inquire at time of reservation.

For every qualifying stay at most participating hotels, you’ll earn 10 points per dollar or 1,000 points—whichever is more. At WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham hotels, you’ll earn 5 points per dollar for every qualifying stay in a furnished suite. At most properties where points can be earned, they are earned for dollars spent on the room rate only. Without limitation, points are not earned on Free Night stays. Points earning for dollars spent on qualifying flights and car rentals applies to base airfare/rate only, excluding taxes, fees, and other incidentals. Earning ratios for car rentals and activities when booked through the Wyndham Travel Bundles website vary from those in effect for the booking of such components elsewhere. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. makes no representation or warranty that booking such travel components via the Wyndham Travel Bundles website will result in the highest available points earning.
