For purposes of these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”),

“Direct Booking Channel” means:

(i)      www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or the official brand websites of  The Mining Exchange, a Registry Collection Hotel;

(ii)    the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or The Mining Exchange, a Registry Collection Hotel ; or

(iii)   on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App; and

“Booking Period” means the period of time that begins on September 5, 2024 and runs through and includes December 31, 2024.

Subject to these Offer Terms, guests will receive a credit in the amount of US$25 per night toward certain food/beverages and amenity purchases at The Mining Exchange, a Registry Collection Hotel (the “Credit”) when they: (a) during the Booking Period, book a stay at The Mining Exchange, a Registry Collection Hotel on any Direct Booking Channel; and (b) complete such stay by May 31, 2025.

Any stay booked and completed in accordance with all requirements set forth in the above paragraph will hereinafter occasionally be referred to as an “Offer Qualifying Stay”.

Credit can be used only during the Offer Qualifying Stay in respect of which it was provided, and only toward dining at BLK MGK, Golden Hour or services at MX Spa (“Eligible Purchases”).The Credit will be reflected on the folio at check-out. To the extent a guest’s Eligible Purchase(s) exceed the Credit, guest will be responsible for the overage; to the extent a guest’s Eligible Purchase(s) fall short of the Credit in total, guest will forfeit the balance.

For clarity, the Credit awarded for an Offer Qualifying Stay will amount to US $25 multiplied by the number of nights within such Offer Qualifying Stay.  For example, a four (4) night Offer Qualifying Stay will result in a $100 Credit.  Credit can be used, in whole or in part, toward Eligible Purchases made at any time during the course of the applicable Offer Qualifying Stay; provided, however, that modifications made to a reservation for an Offer Qualifying Stay (including, without limitation, early check-out) will result in inability to receive the Credit, or a reduction to the Credit, as applicable, depending on the nature of such modification.  For example, a $100 Credit associated with an Offer Qualifying Stay that is originally booked for four (4) nights but is subsequently reduced to three (3) nights due to an early check-out will be reduced to a $75 Credit, and guest will be solely responsible for payment of any amounts spent on Eligible Purchases made over and above such amount.

A reservation made in connection with this offer must be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reserved rate and individual participating hotel’s cancellation policy; reservations cancelled outside of the specified cancellation policy, as well as no-shows, will be charged first night plus tax.

Without limiting any term or condition of these Offer Terms, stays booked in whole or in part with Wyndham Rewards points will qualify for this offer.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Offer availability limited to The Mining Exchange, a Registry Collection Hotel.  Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply; check with hotel directly for details.  Without limiting any other term of these Offer Terms, any modification made to a reservation originally made by a guest in accordance with these Offer Terms may result in an ineligibility to claim the Credit. This offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.
