These terms and conditions (“Touchstone Terms”) will govern the offer and use of the Touchstone Rate (as defined below).

The Touchstone member discount of 15%, 18% or 20% off of the Standard Rate (as defined below) at a participating Hotel by Wyndham in the U.S. and Canada only (the “Touchstone Rate”) is offered to member cooperatives and their employees that are part of Touchstone Energy Cooperatives with a then valid membership to the Touchstone Purchasing Organization (each such individual, a “Touchstone Guest”).  Standard Rate (“BAR”) is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested. To receive the Touchstone Rate, a Touchstone Guest must reserve a stay at a participating Hotel by Wyndham via (i) the Touchstone member benefits portal, www.wyndhambusiness.com/touchstone, (ii) wyndhamhotels.com with corporate code 1000004709, (iii) our toll-free reservation call center at 1-877-670-7088 (by requesting the Touchstone Rate), or (iv) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app with corporate code 1000004709.  Exact discount level (15%, 18% or 20% off of the participating hotel’s BAR) depends on length of stay and hotel brand as follows:  

• For participating hotels within these brands in the U.S. and Canada only – AmericInn® by Wyndham, Baymont® by Wyndham, Days Inn® by Wyndham, Dolce Hotels & Resorts® by Wyndham, Howard Johnson® by Wyndham, La Quinta® by Wyndham, Microtel by Wyndham®, Ramada® by Wyndham, Registry Collection Hotels®, Super 8® by Wyndham,  Trademark Collection® by Wyndham, Travelodge® by Wyndham, TRYP by Wyndham®, Wingate by Wyndham®, Wyndham ®, Wyndham Garden®, Wyndham Grand® - Stays of 5-13 consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Touchstone Terms will receive a discount of 15% off of the participating hotel’s BAR and stays of 14+ consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Touchstone Terms will receive a discount of 20% off participating hotel’s BAR.
• For Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham® hotels  in the U.S. and Canada only- Stays of 5-11 consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Touchstone Terms will receive a discount of 15% off of the participating hotel’s BAR, stays of 12-29 consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Touchstone Terms will receive a discount of 18% off of the participating hotel’s BAR, and stays of 30+ consecutive nights  that are booked in accordance with these Touchstone Terms will receive a discount of 20% off participating hotel’s BAR. 

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s BAR, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with the Touchstone Rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.  New bookings only; may not be applicable to group bookings.  Reservations can be canceled in accordance with the applicable hotel’s cancellation policy and vary by hotel.  Reservations canceled outside of applicable cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged first night plus tax.

Blackout dates and rates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Touchstone Rate availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels; it is possible that the Touchstone Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. Without limiting the foregoing, the Touchstone Rate is not offered at Wyndham Alltra℠ hotels.  For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation at the Touchstone Rate may result in an ineligibility to receive the Touchstone Rate. The Touchstone Rate and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited. Tax is additional, and rate may not be combined with any other offer or discount.
