Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”).

1.        Under the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer, stays (up to a maximum of five (5) nights) which are booked via Direct Booking Channels in accordance with these Offer Terms (“Offer Stay”) will receive a discount of up to 40% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate. The exact level of discount offered depends on the length of each Offer Stay as follows:

(i)     an Offer Stay of one (1) night will receive a discount of 15% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate for that one (1) night;

(ii)    an Offer Stay of two (2) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 22% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate for each of those two (2) nights;

(iii)  an Offer Stay of three (3) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 30% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate for each of those three (3) nights; and

(iv)  an Offer Stay of four (4) or more consecutive nights up to a maximum of five (5) nights will receive a discount of 40% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate for each of those nights,

(hereinafter known as the “Offer Discount”).

2.        The New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer is available for new bookings made via Direct Booking Channels between the dates of September 6, 2024 and September 16, 2024 (“Booking Period”) at Participating Hotels for stays occurring between September 6, 2024 and December 4, 2024 (“Travel Period”).

3.        For Wyndham Rewards Member:

(i)     Wyndham Rewards points, including an additional 3,500 Wyndham Rewards Points as part of the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer (“Bonus Points”) subject to Clause 3(ii) below, may be earned on each completed Offer Stay in accordance with the Program Terms if an Offer Stay is also a Qualified Stay under the Program Terms.

(ii)    7,000 Bonus Points shall be the maximum number of Bonus Points any Wyndham Rewards Member may earn under the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer.

(iii)  In order to qualify for Wyndham Rewards points, Offer Stays must be booked via Direct Booking Channels.

(iv)  Wyndham Rewards Members should allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks after completion of the Qualified Stay for the Bonus Points to be credited to their Wyndham Rewards account.

4.        For the purposes of these Offer Terms:

(i)     “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the Participating Hotel, date and accommodation requested.  The Best Available Rate for each Participating Hotel is subject to change at any time.

(ii)    “Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains, provided that the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer is selected when making a booking, (ii) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains, provided that the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer is requested when making a booking; (iii) onsite at a Participating Hotel, directly with such Participating Hotel, provided that the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer is requested when making a booking; (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App provided that the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer is selected when making a booking; or (v) via “Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Official Booking” WeChat Mini Program provided that the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer is selected when making a booking.

(iii)  “Offer Stay” is a stay of at least one (1) night up to a maximum of five (5) nights, and no more than two (2) rooms per booking, at a Participating Hotel, booked between the Booking Period, occurring between the Travel Period.

(iv)  “Participating Hotels” are the hotels listed above.

5.        For clarity, any stay which:

(i)     is not booked between the dates of September 6, 2024 and September 16, 2024;

(ii)    has a check-in date prior to September 6, 2024 regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs after September 6, 2024;

(iii)  has a check-out date after December 4, 2024, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs before December 4, 2024;

(iv)  exceeds five (5) nights; and/or

(v)    has more than two (2) rooms per booking;

(vi)  is not booked via Direct Booking Channels,

will not be an Offer Stay and will not qualify for the Offer Discount or the Bonus Points.

6.        Reservations made under the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. 

7.        Blackout dates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary for each individual Participating Hotel. The availability of the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer is limited to Participating Hotels only and is subject to availability at such Participating Hotels. It is possible that the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer will not be available at certain Participating Hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer may result in an ineligibility to receive the Offer Discount even if such modification was made during the Booking Period and dates for the Offer Stay occur within the Travel Period.

8.        The Offer Discount is provided as a discount off a Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate only and not to any taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed by a Participating Hotel. Tax is payable in addition to the rates, and the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount or special rates (including use of Wyndham Rewards Points) other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions.

9.        The New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer applies to new bookings only.

10.     The New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer is not applicable to group bookings.

11.     Reservations under the New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer is subject to the right of the Participating Hotel to cancel the reservation in accordance with the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy.  Please refer to each Participating Hotel’s page for full details or inquire prior to reservation. 

12.     Any cancellation of an Offer Stay by guests is subject to the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy and charges for no-shows may apply.

The New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer and the Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time. The New Hotels Flash Sale - Save Up to 40% Offer is subject to the Program Terms (if applicable) in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited by law.
