MiLB Friends & Family 15% Off Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms.

Savings of 15% off of the Best Available Rate (as defined below) is available to (i) employees of MLB Professional Development Leagues, LLC (“MiLB”) and (ii) friends and family of MiLB employees, in each case, on stays at participating Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotels booked on a Direct Booking Channel (as defined below) using Corporate Code 1000069886 (“MiLB Friends & Family Rate”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms:

“Best Available Rate” means: the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested; and

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) the official tollfree reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the MiLB Friends & Family Rate and providing Corporate Code 1000069886; or (iii) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App. For clarity, the MiLB Friends & Family Rate may not be available if the hotel is called directly.

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with this rate must be made in advance and guaranteed with a valid credit card. New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations can be canceled in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy and can vary by hotel. Reservations canceled outside of cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged, at a minimum, first night plus tax.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and additional restrictions may apply and will vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the MiLB Friends & Family Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the MiLB Friends & Family Rate may result in an ineligibility to receive the MiLB Friends & Family Rate. The MiLB Friends & Family Rate and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

Tax is additional, and this offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions.
