Partner Offer with Mastercard – Limited Mastercard Promo with additional 3000 Wyndham Rewards points

 Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”).

1.      Under the Partner Offer with Mastercard – Limited Mastercard Promo with additional 3000 Wyndham Rewards points (hereinafter known as the “Mastercard Promo”):

 A.      stays (of at least three (3) consecutive nights) which are booked via Direct Booking Channels using/quoting the rate code “1000039087” at https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/hotel-deals/mastercard or on the phone at the time of booking in accordance with these Offer Terms (“Offer Stay”) will receive a discount of 35% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate for each night of the stay (hereinafter known as the “Offer Discount”);

 B.      subject to availability at the

Participating Hotel, each Offer Stay will receive at least one (1) of the following benefits at the Participating Hotel’s choice: Complimentary WIFI, Early Check-In (2 hours before each Participating Hotel’s official check-in time), Late
Check-out (2 hours after each Participating Hotel’s official check-out time), Preferred Room Choice (upon request, within the same room category) (“Offer Giveaway”).

 2.      The Mastercard Promo is available for new bookings made via Direct Booking Channels between the dates of March 19, 2025 and April 19, 2025 (“Booking Period”) at Participating Hotels for stays occurring between March 19, 2025 and June 18, 2025 (“Stay Period”).

 3.      For Wyndham Rewards Members:

(i)     Wyndham Rewards points, including an additional 3,000 Wyndham Rewards points as part of the Mastercard Promo (“Bonus Points”) subject to Clause 3(ii) below, may be earned on each completed Offer Stay in accordance with the Program Terms if an Offer Stay is also a Qualified Stay under the Program Terms.

(ii)     15,000 Bonus Points shall be the maximum number of Bonus Points any Wyndham Rewards Member may earn under the Mastercard Promo.

(iii)  In order to qualify for Wyndham Rewards points, Offer Stays must be booked via Direct Booking Channels using/quoting the rate code “1000039087” at https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/hotel-deals/mastercard or on the phone at the time of booking; any booking made via an OTA will not qualify for Wyndham Rewards points.

(iv)  Wyndham Rewards Members should allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks after completion of the Qualified Stay for the Bonus Points to be credited to their Wyndham Rewards account. If you are not a Wyndham Rewards member, you can join for free at https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/join.

4.      For the purposes of these Offer Terms:

(i)      “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best,
non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the Participating Hotel, date and accommodation requested.  The Best Available Rate for
each Participating Hotel is subject to change at any time.

(ii)    “Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains, provided that the Mastercard Promo is selected when making a booking using/quoting
the rate code “1000039087”, (ii) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains, provided Mastercard Promo rate code “1000039087”is provided when making a booking; (iii) onsite at a Participating Hotel, directly with such Participating Hotel, provided that Mastercard Promo rate code “1000039087”is provided when making a booking; (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App provided that Mastercard Promo/ the rate code “1000039087”  is selected when making a booking.

 (iii)   “Offer Stay” is a stay of at least three (3) or more consecutive nights at a Participating Hotel, booked during the Booking Period, occurring during the Stay Period.

(iv)    “Participating Hotels” are the hotels listed on the offer landing page at: https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/hotel-deals/mastercard.

5.      For clarity, any stay which:

(i)     is not booked between the dates of March 19, 2025, and April 19, 2025;

(ii)    has a check-in date prior to March 19, 2025, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs after March 19, 2025;

(iii)    has a check-out date after June 18, 2025, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs before June 18, 2025;

(iv)    is not booked via Direct Booking Channels, will not be an Offer Stay and will not qualify for the Offer Discount, Offer Giveaway or the Bonus Points.

 6.      Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Reservations made under the Mastercard Promo must be paid for with a valid Mastercard credit card.

 7.      Blackout dates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary for each individual Participating Hotel. The availability of the Mastercard Promo is limited to Participating Hotels only and is subject to availability at such Participating Hotels. It is possible that the Mastercard Promo will not be available at certain Participating Hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Mastercard Promo may result in an ineligibility to receive the Offer Discount or Offer Giveaway even if such modification was made during the Booking Period and dates for the Offer Stay occur within the Stay Period.

 8.     The Offer Discount is provided as a discount off a Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate only and not to any taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed by a Participating Hotel. The Offer Giveaway may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by a Participating Hotel. Tax is payable in addition to the rates and may be payable on any service in relation to the Mastercard Promo. Mastercard Promo may not be

combined with any other offer, discounted or special rates (including use of Wyndham Rewards Points) other than registration-based, bonus points promotions as determined by the Sponsor (defined in the “Program Terms”) to be applicable.

 9.      Mastercard Promo applies to new bookings only.

 10.    Mastercard Promo is not applicable to group bookings.

 11.    Reservations under the Mastercard Promo is subject to the right of the Participating Hotel to cancel the reservation in accordance with the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy.  Please refer to each Participating Hotel’s page for full details or inquire prior to reservation.

 12.    Unless expressly provided herein, any cancellation of an Offer Stay by guests is subject to the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy and charges for no-shows may apply.

The Mastercard Promo and the Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time. The Mastercard Promo is subject to the Program Terms (if applicable) in addition to these Offer Terms and is void where prohibited by law.
