1. General 
   1. The Wyndham Hot Deals offer (“Offer”) is available for new reservations made during the following time and dates: 
      1. 14 March 2020 (9.00am Singapore time) – 15 March 2020 (11.59pm Singapore time); and 
      2. 21 March 2020 (9.00am Singapore time) – 22 March 2020 (11.59pm Singapore time), (“Offer Period”) at Participating Hotels for stays occurring between 14 March to 5 April 2020 (“Qualifying Stays”). 
   2. The Offer provides savings of 50% off each Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate.


2. Offer Conditions 
   1. A reservation for a Qualifying Stay is to be made during the Offer Period through the following channels and by quoting (LM00 or Corporate ID: 1000044824): 
      1. www.wyndhamhotels.com; 
      2. Via the properties direct booking channels; 
      3. Via direct phone bookings to the individual hotels. 
   2. Limited rooms are available and subject to each Participating Hotel’s availability and black-out dates. 
   3. Additional costs may apply for weekend stays, subject to each Participating Hotel’s individual terms and conditions. 
   4. All prices do not include breakfast unless otherwise stated. 
   5. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other package, discount, offer, group or convention rate, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other products. 
   6. Offer is not valid for previous stays or existing reservations. 
   7. Any modification made to a reservation subsequent to a booking pursuant to the terms of the Offer may result in the guest’s ineligibility to receive the Offer price (i.e., receive the discount of 50% off the Best Available Rate). 
   8. All upgrades, late checkouts and value-adds are subject to each Participating Hotel’s discretion. 
   9. Prices do not include any applicable taxes, individual Participating Hotel’s service fees, any incidentals or gratuities, any additional per room/per night charges that may be imposed, are subject to foreign exchange rates. 
   10. This Offer is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
   11. This Offer is non-commissionable. 
   12. Cancellation policies, taxes, advanced deposit and credit guarantee policies vary between Participating Hotels; please refer to each Participating Hotel’s page for full details or inquire prior to reservation. 
   13. The Offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time. 
   14. Qualifying Stays allow guests to earn Wyndham Rewards points. 
   15. A guest must be a Wyndham Rewards member prior to check-out in order to earn Wyndham Rewards points for the Qualifying Stay. Members should allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks after completion of the stay for points to be credited to their Wyndham Rewards account.

3. Definitions 

   “Participating Hotels” are the hotels as listed in Section 4 below.

   “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodations requested. The Best Available Rate for each Participating Hotel are subject to change at any time.
