Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, which are available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms").
1. Subject to all Offer Terms:-
(a) Bookings for Qualifying Stays will receive a discount of 20% off of the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate.
(b) If the booking for the Qualifying Stay is made by a Wyndham Rewards Member, the booking will also receive an extra 3,000 Wyndham Rewards Points for each Qualifying Stay (“Bonus Points”).
(c) Depending on the region that the Participating Hotel:-
(i) For Participating Hotels in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions, bookings for Qualifying Stays shall be inclusive of (up to) 2 complimentary breakfasts per day, provided always that this is subject to availability at the Participating Hotel; and
(ii) For Participating Hotels in the Asia Pacific Region (less mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), bookings for Qualifying Stays will receive a free upgrade to the next room category, provided always that this is subject to room availability at the Participating Hotel.
(collectively, known as the “Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer”).
(d) The Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer is available for new bookings made between the dates of 25 October 2022 and 28 February 2023. (“Booking Period”) at Participating Hotels for stays occurring between 25 October 2022 and 1 March 2023 (“Travel Period”) For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period or is booked for a period of stay outside of the Travel Period will not qualify for the Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer.
(e) Wyndham Rewards Members should allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks after completion of the Qualifying Stay for the Bonus Points to be credited to their Wyndham Rewards account.
(f) Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer savings are provided as discounts off a Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate (but excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed). Reservations made under Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
(g) Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer applies to new bookings only.
(h) Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer is not applicable to group bookings.
(i) Reservations under Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer is subject to the right of the Participating Hotel to cancel the reservation in accordance with the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy. Please refer to each Participating Hotel’s page for full details or inquire prior to reservation.
(j) There is no limit to the number of Qualifying Stays a guest may make at a Participating Hotel under the Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer, but consecutive Qualifying Stays at the same Participating Hotel (i.e., where check-out and re-check-in occurs on the same day) shall be deemed as one Qualifying Stay for the purposes of the Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer.
(k) Each Qualifying Stay must not have overlapping stay dates. For clarity, the second (2nd) Qualified Stay must have a check-in date occurring after the check-out date of the first (1st) Qualifying Stay.
(l) Any cancellation of reservations are subject to the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy and charges for no-shows may apply.
(m) To earn Wyndham Rewards points (including the Bonus Points) on reservations under Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer at a Participating Hotel in the Asia Pacific region, a Wyndham Rewards Member must book a Qualifying Stay within the Booking Period for a minimum length of 2 nights on any Direct Booking Channel, and complete such stay within the Travel Period.
(n) Blackout dates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary for each individual Participating Hotel. The availability of Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer is limited to Participating Hotels only and is subject to availability at such Participating Hotels. It is possible that Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer will not be available at certain Participating Hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer may result in an ineligibility to receive Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer. Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and may be void where prohibited.
(o) Tax is payable in addition to the rates, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions.
(p) Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer and the Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time.
(q) “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the Participating Hotel, date and accommodation requested. The Best Available Rate for each Participating Hotel are subject to change at any time.
(r) “Direct Booking Channel” means:-
(i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains,
(ii) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains, provided that the Wyndham Rewards Member requests for Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer when making a booking;
(iii) onsite at a Participating Hotel, directly with such Participating Hotel, provided that the Wyndham Rewards Member requests for Unravel the Gift of Holiday Fun Offer when making a booking; or
(iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.
(s) “Qualifying Stay” occurs when:-
(i) a new booking is made at a Participating Hotel of a minimum length of 2 nights;
(ii) the booking is made during the Booking Period for stays occurring during the Travel Period; and
(iii) the booking complies with the terms and conditions set out herein.
(t) "Participating Hotels" are the hotels listed above.
