* “2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats” Terms & Conditions

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”).

1.        Under the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer, stays which are booked via Direct Booking Channels in accordance with these Offer Terms (“Offer Stay”) will receive:

A.     For non-Wyndham Rewards members, a discount of up to 25% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate. The exact level of discount offered depends on the length of each Offer Stay as follows:

(i)     an Offer Stay of one (1) night will receive a discount of 10% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for the one (1) night;

(ii)    an Offer Stay of two (2) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 15% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those two (2) nights;

(iii)  an Offer Stay of three (3) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 20% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those three (3) nights; and

(iv)  an Offer Stay of four (4) or more consecutive nights will receive a discount of 25% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those nights,

B.     For Wyndham Rewards members, a discount of up to 30% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate. The exact level of discount offered depends on the length of each Offer Stay as follows:

(i)     an Offer Stay of one (1) night will receive a discount of 15% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for the one (1) night;

(ii)    an Offer Stay of two (2) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 20% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those two (2) nights;

(iii)  an Offer Stay of three (3) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 25% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those three (3) nights; and

(iv)  an Offer Stay of four (4) or more consecutive nights will receive a discount of 30% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate for each of those nights,

(each of the above discounts shall be known as the “Offer Discount”);

2.        The 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer is available for new bookings made only via Direct Booking Channels from December 2, 2024 to February 23, 2025 (“Booking Period”) at Participating Hotels for stays occurring between December 2, 2024 and February 28, 2025  (“Travel Period”).

3.        For Wyndham Rewards Members:

(i)     Wyndham Rewards points may be earned on each completed Offer Stay in accordance with the Program Terms if an Offer Stay is also a Qualified Stay under the Program Terms.

(ii)    In order to qualify for Wyndham Rewards points, Offer Stays must be booked via Direct Booking Channels.

4.        For the purposes of these Offer Terms:

(i)     “Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the Participating Hotel, date and accommodation requested.  The Standard Rate for each Participating Hotel is subject to change at any time.

(ii)    “Direct Booking Channel” means:

a)      www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains, provided that the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer is selected when making a booking;

b)     the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains, provided that the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer is requested when making a booking;

c)      onsite at a Participating Hotel, directly with such Participating Hotel, provided that the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer is requested when making a booking;

d)     on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App provided that the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer is selected when making a booking; or

e)     via “Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Official Booking” WeChat Mini Program provided that the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer is selected when making a booking.

For the avoidance of doubt, any booking made via an online travel agency (OTA) will not qualify for either the Offer Discount or Wyndham Rewards points.

(iii)  “Offer Stay” is a stay of at least one (1) or more consecutive nights in a single booking at a Participating Hotel, booked during the Booking Period, occurring during the Travel Period.

(iv)  “Participating Hotels” are the hotels listed on the official offer landing page.

5.        For clarity, any stay which:

(i)     is not booked between the dates of December 2, 2024 and February 23, 2025;

(ii)    has a check-in date prior to December 2, 2024, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs after December 2, 2024;

(iii)  has a check-out date after February 28, 2025, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs before February 28, 2025;

(iv)  is not booked via Direct Booking Channels, will not be an Offer Stay and will not qualify for the Offer Discount.

6.        Reservations made under the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. 

7.        Blackout dates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary for each individual Participating Hotel. The availability of 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer is limited to Participating Hotels only and is subject to availability at such Participating Hotels. It is possible that the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats  Offer will not be available at certain Participating Hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer may result in an ineligibility to receive the Offer Discount even if such modification was made during the Booking Period and dates for the Offer Stay occur within the Travel Period.

8.        The Offer Discount is provided as a discount off a Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate only and not to any taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed by a Participating Hotel. Tax is payable in addition to the rates, and the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discounted or special rates (including use of Wyndham Rewards Points) other than registration-based, bonus points promotions as determined by the Sponsor (defined in the “Program Terms”) to be applicable.

9.        The 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer applies to new bookings only.

10.     The 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer is not applicable to group bookings.

11.     Reservations under the 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer is subject to the right of the Participating Hotel to cancel the reservation in accordance with the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy.  Please refer to each Participating Hotel’s page for full details or inquire prior to reservation. 

12.     Unless expressly provided herein, any cancellation of an Offer Stay by guests is subject to the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy and charges for no-shows may apply.

The 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer and the Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time. The 2024 Wyndham Festival Retreats Offer is subject to the Program Terms (if applicable) in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited by law.
