AARP Member Spring Save 15% on hotel stays of 2 nights or more. Advanced reservations are required. Please be prepared to present your AARP membership card upon check-in.

To qualify for the 15% discount off the Standard Rate (as defined below) on stays of 2 or more consecutive nights at participating hotels in the 50 United States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean (the “AARP Member Spring Sale”), an AARP member must, during the period that begins April 16, 2025 and runs through and includes June 30, 2025 (the “Booking Period”), on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book the AARP Member Spring Sale rate for 2 or more consecutive nights and complete such stay by September 1, 2025.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, i.e., booked prior to April 16, 2025 or after June 30, 2025, or completed after September 1, 2025, will not qualify for the AARP Member Spring Sale. Blackout dates may apply and will vary by individual hotel.

²For purposes of these Offer Terms,

“Standard Rate” means the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested; and

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand websites ; (ii) the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brands by requesting the AARP Member Spring Sale; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the AARP Member Spring Sale; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Standard Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with this rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations can be canceled in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy and can vary by hotel. Reservations canceled outside of cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged, at a minimum, first night plus tax.

Room type exclusions and additional restrictions may apply and will vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the AARP Member Spring Sale will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the AARP Member Spring Sale may result in an ineligibility to receive the AARP Member Spring Sale discount. The AARP Member Spring Sale and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

Tax is additional, and this offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions.

AARP Member Stay 3 Nights / Gold Upgrade Offer Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). AARP members who are or become a Wyndham Rewards Members and qualify for a Member Level upgrade pursuant to these Offer Terms will receive an upgrade to Gold Level. To qualify for the upgrade to Gold offer (“Gold Upgrade Offer”) and receive an upgrade to Gold Level, an AARP member must:

(i)      be or become a Wyndham Rewards Member;

(ii)    between the period that begins April 16, 2025 and runs through and includes June 30, 2025 (the “Booking Period”), book three (3) nights, consecutive or otherwise, with an AARP member rate at a participating hotel(s) on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), in accordance with these Offer Terms and complete stays of such nights by September 1, 2025 (the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(a)    www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(b)    the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by asking for an AARP member rate;

(c)     onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by asking for an AARP member rate; or

(d)    the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Upon completion of the Booking & Stay Requirements, a Member’s Wyndham Rewards account will be upgraded to Gold Level within two to four weeks. Maximum of one (1) upgrade to Gold Level per eligible AARP member. Any AARP member who has already joined the Wyndham Rewards program and obtained Wyndham Rewards Gold Level or higher will retain such preexisting Wyndham Rewards Member Level in accordance with the Program Terms. The Gold Level awarded pursuant to this Gold Upgrade Offer will expire on December 31, 2026 (the “Expiration Date”).

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the Gold Upgrade Offer without notice. A Member’s Gold Member Level earned pursuant to this Gold Upgrade Offer cannot be transferred, purchased or sold. A Member’s Member Level status and the benefits applicable to each Member Level are subject to full Member Level terms and conditions within the Program Terms. The Gold Upgrade Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
