Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”).

1.        Under the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer:

A.     stays (of at least two (2) consecutive nights) which are booked via Authorized Channels in accordance with these Offer Terms (“Offer Stay”) will receive a discount of up to 20% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate. The exact level of discount offered depends on the length of each Offer Stay as follows:

(i)     an Offer Stay of two (2) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 12% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate for each of those two (2) nights;

(ii)    an Offer Stay of three (3) consecutive nights will receive a discount of 15% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate for each of those three (3) nights; and

(iii)  an Offer Stay of four (4) or more consecutive nights will receive a discount of 20% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate for each of those nights,

(hereinafter known as the “Offer Discount”);

B.     subject to availability at the Participating Hotel, each Offer Stay will receive at least one (1) of the following benefits at the Participating Hotel’s choice: a welcome drink for up to 2 guests at the Participating Hotel’s F&B outlet, a welcome amenity, free laundry service of 1 piece per room per Offer Stay, late check-out until 2:00 PM, or complimentary parking (“Offer Giveaway”).

2.        The Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer is available for new bookings made via Authorized Channels between the dates of May 2, 2024 and November 25, 2024 (“Booking Period”) at Participating Hotels for stays occurring between May 2, 2024 and November 30, 2024  (“Travel Period”).

3.        For Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Rewards Member:

(i)     Wyndham Rewards points, including an additional 1,500 Wyndham Rewards Points as part of the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer (“Bonus Points”) subject to Clause 3(ii) below, may be earned on each completed Offer Stay in accordance with the Program Terms if an Offer Stay is also a Qualified Stay under the Program Terms.

(ii)    4,500 Bonus Points shall be the maximum number of Bonus Points any Wyndham Rewards Member may earn under the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer.

(iii)  In order to qualify for Wyndham Rewards points, Offer Stays must be booked via Direct Booking Channels; any booking made via an OTA will not qualify for Wyndham Rewards points.

(iv)  Wyndham Rewards Members should allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks after completion of the Qualified Stay for the Bonus Points to be credited to their Wyndham Rewards account.

4.        For the purposes of these Offer Terms:

(i)     “Authorized Channels” means any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below) and/or an online travel agency (OTA) recognized by Wyndham.

(ii)    “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the Participating Hotel, date and accommodation requested.  The Best Available Rate for each Participating Hotel is subject to change at any time.

(iii)  “Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains, provided that the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer is selected when making a booking, (ii) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains, provided that the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer is requested when making a booking; (iii) onsite at a Participating Hotel, directly with such Participating Hotel, provided that the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer is requested when making a booking; (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App provided that the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer is selected when making a booking; or (v) via “Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Official Booking” WeChat Mini Program provided that the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer is selected when making a booking.

(iv)  “Offer Stay” is a stay of at least two (2) or more consecutive nights at a Participating Hotel, booked between the Booking Period, occurring between the Travel Period.

(v)    “Participating Hotels” are the hotels listed above.

5.        For clarity, any stay which:

(i)     is not booked between the dates of May 2, 2024 and November 25, 2024;

(ii)    has a check-in date prior to May 2, 2024, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs after May 2, 2024;

(iii)  has a check-out date after November 30, 2024, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs before November 30, 2024;

will not be an Offer Stay and will not qualify for the Offer Discount, Offer Giveaway or the the Bonus Points.

6.        Consecutive Offer Stays at the same Participating Hotel (i.e., where a person checks-out and checks-in again on the same day) shall be deemed as one (1) Offer Stay for the purposes of the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer.

7.        Each Offer Stay must not have overlapping stay dates. For clarity, the second (2nd) Offer Stay must have a check-in date occurring after the check-out date of the first (1st) Offer Stay.

8.        Reservations made under the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

9.        Blackout dates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary for each individual Participating Hotel. The availability of Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer is limited to Participating Hotels only and is subject to availability at such Participating Hotels. It is possible that the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20%  Offer will not be available at certain Participating Hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer may result in an ineligibility to receive the Offer Discount or Offer Giveaway even if such modification was made during the Booking Period and dates for the Offer Stay occur within the Travel Period.

10.     The Offer Discount is provided as a discount off a Participating Hotel’s Best Available Rate only and not to any taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed by a Participating Hotel. The Offer Giveaway may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by a Participating Hotel. Tax is payable in addition to the rates and may be payable on any service in relation to the Offer Giveaway. Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount or special rates (including use of Wyndham Rewards Points) other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions.

11.     The Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer applies to new bookings only.

12.     The Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer is not applicable to group bookings.

13.     Reservations under the Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer is subject to the right of the Participating Hotel to cancel the reservation in accordance with the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy.  Please refer to each Participating Hotel’s page for full details or inquire prior to reservation.

14.     Unless expressly provided herein, any cancellation of an Offer Stay by guests is subject to the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy and charges for no-shows may apply.

The Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer and the Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time. The Harley-Davidson x Wyndham Workation Deals Save Up to 20% Offer is subject to the Program Terms (if applicable) in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited by law.
