ALL-INCLUSIVE VACATIONS BY WYNDHAM

¹Kids 12 and Under Stay Free & US$100 On-Property Credit Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms,

“Direct Booking Channel” means:

(i)       www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(ii)      the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains; or

(iii)     on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App; and

“Booking Period” means the period of time that begins on March 27, 2024 and runs through and includes April 10, 2024.

Kids 12 & Under Stay Free:

Subject to these Offer Terms, children (12 years old and younger as of check-in date) of Wyndham Rewards Members stay free (the “Kids Stay Free Deal”) at participating all-inclusive hotels located in Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East when Members: (a) during the Booking Period, book a Qualified Stay of three (3) or more consecutive nights at any participating hotel identified here on any Direct Booking Channel, and (b) complete such stay by August 31, 2024. For clarity, at least one (1) adult must occupy each room booked, and the number of guests staying in a room cannot exceed its maximum occupancy limit.

Registry Collection Adult-Only hotels US$100 Credit:

Subject to these Offer Terms, Wyndham Rewards Members will receive a credit in the amount of US$100 (or local currency amount then equivalent to US$100) (the “Credit”) toward certain food/beverages and amenity purchases available at Registry Collection adult-only hotels located in Latin America and the Caribbean when they: (a) during the Booking Period, book a Qualified Stay of three (3) or more consecutive nights at any participating hotel identified here on any Direct Booking Channel; and (b) complete such stay by August 31, 2024.

Any stay booked and completed in accordance with all requirements set forth in the above paragraph will hereinafter occasionally be referred to as an “Offer Qualifying Stay”.

Credit can be used only during the Offer Qualifying Stay in respect of which it was provided, and only for such food, beverage and amenity purchases as the applicable hotel shall determine in its sole discretion (“Eligible Purchases”). Eligible Purchases vary by hotel. The Credit will be reflected on the folio at check-out. To the extent a Member’s Eligible Purchase(s) exceed the Credit, Member will be responsible for the overage; to the extent a Member’s Eligible Purchase(s) fall short of the Credit in total, Member will forfeit the balance.

Without limiting any term or condition of these Offer Terms, stays booked in whole or in part with Wyndham Rewards points will not qualify for this offer. For the avoidance of doubt, a stay booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will be eligible for the Kids Stay Free Deal or the Credit, depending on which property is booked; no stay will be eligible for both benefits.

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation. Voiding enrollment and/or declining membership will result in inability to obtain the advertised benefits.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

A reservation made in connection with this offer must be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reserved rate and individual participating hotel’s cancellation policy; reservations cancelled outside of the specified cancellation policy, as well as no-shows, will be charged first night plus tax.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to the hotels [listed] [or] [linked to] above.  For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation originally made by a guest in accordance with these Offer Terms may result in an ineligibility to claim the originally booked rate. Without limiting the foregoing, any 3+ consecutive night reservation made during the Booking Period via a Direct Booking Channel that is later modified such that it no longer meets the 3-night minimum will not be eligible for the offer. This offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.
