Thank You For Going The Extra Mile

The past two years have proven to be quite challenging for flight attendants and yet they’ve persevered and continued helping people get where they want to go. Now it’s time for us to say thank you for going the extra mile to keep us traveling every day. In honor of International Flight Attendant Day, we’ll be rewarding flight attendants with Wyndham Rewards points and giving away a seven-day getaway to one lucky winner (in the form of 210,000 Wyndham Rewards points). From Our Crew to Yours

International Flight Attendant Day is May 31, and we’re rewarding flight attendants staying at select Wyndham hotels in the U.S.1 with one of 1,000 specially crafted thank you notes and Wyndham Rewards points redeemable for prizes like gift cards and discounted weekend getaways.2 To be eligible, current flight attendants must be staying at a participating hotel on May 31, 2022. Notes are available upon request and gifting is at the discretion of each hotel’s management team, while supplies last.

Do you have a co-worker who has gone the extra mile? A family member devoted to providing an amazing in-flight experience? Have you had a challenge in the skies that you overcame? Submit a nomination telling us why you or a fellow U.S. resident flight attendant in your life deserves an extra-special vacation.

One lucky nominee will be chosen to win a seven-day getaway3 at a Hotel by Wyndham of their choosing (in the form of 210,000 Wyndham Rewards points). The winner will also receive a complimentary one-year upgrade to a Wyndham Rewards DIAMOND level membership, which includes perks like free WiFi, early check-in, late checkout, suite upgrades at select hotels, rental car upgrades, and more.4

Meet Our “Extra Mile” Ambassador

TV personality and former flight attendant Lauren Lane is joining forces with Wyndham to help return the favor of unconditional hospitality to flight attendants. As our Wyndham “Extra Mile” Ambassador, Lauren knows firsthand the selflessness and dedication it takes to provide customers with an exceptional travel experience.

Submit a Nomination

To enter, see the Official Rules and send an email to extramile@wyndham.com with at least 100 words describing how the nominee has gone the extra mile to provide outstanding service to passengers. Entries must include a photo of the flight attendant in uniform and the flight attendant’s full name, email address, and employer. Only one entry will win. Submission deadline is 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2022.
