This is a limited period promotion available only to the recipients of this emailer. 20% savings are discounted from property’s Best Available Rate excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodations requested. The promotion is valid only at participating hotels as listed above. The promotion is bookable only on brand website through the ‘Book Now’ tab on this emailer and is subject to availability of rooms at the time of the booking. Black-out dates apply from 22nd Dec’17 to 2nd Jan’18. Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other promotion or discount. The promotion and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited by law. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages. Promotion applies to new bookings only and is not available retrospectively. The promoter reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions and/or to withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. Any change or withdrawal will not affect any bookings already made when such change or withdrawal occurs. ). Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participating in this Promotion, recipient agree to release and hold harmless Promoter, its marketing agencies, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, prize fulfilment and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, successors, assigns and agents (“Released Parties”), from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion.
