Yes, you can use a third-party website to book a room; however, you will miss out on the benefits of booking direct, like getting our lowest price at thousands of hotels worldwide, easily managing your reservation online, and enjoying member perks like earning points toward free nights.

 

Is there a minimum age to book a room online?

Do I need to give my credit card to make an online reservation? Is it secure?

Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations made online. To protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card, the reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

 

Will my credit card be charged at the time of booking?

Depending on the rate selected, your credit card may or may not be charged at the time of booking. If you choose a flexible rate, your card will not be charged and you will pay for your stay at check-in or checkout. If you choose a non-cancelable rate, like “Pay Now & Save,” or book at a time when the hotel has their policy set to "pre-paid" as noted in the "Cancellation & Rate Details" on the booking page, your card will be charged immediately. Can I pay for my hotel stay with cash?

Yes, depending on the rate you select, you can book a stay for a future date and pay upon arrival at the hotel. However, you will still need to provide a credit card for all reservations made online.

 

Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel and don't show up?

Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. To avoid being charged, reservations must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked.

 

 

How do I view, modify, or cancel a Wyndham Hotels & Resorts reservation that I booked online?

Go to “Find Reservation” to view or cancel your reservation. If you’re a Wyndham Rewards member, you can sign in to your account on wyndhamrewards.com and view “My Reservations” under the My Account page.

I am traveling with a child. Will this affect my reservations?

Can I make a special request for a specific floor or view when I book online?

What if I want to reserve a group of rooms?

If you need more than two rooms, you can make multiple reservations. However, for bookings requiring ten or more rooms, it would be best to fill out our Travel Form and inquire about available group discounts.

 

 

Can I book a hotel reservation for someone else?

Yes, you can book a hotel reservation for someone else; however, the hotel will need to update the reservation upon check-in with the actual guests’ names and information.

 

 

 

How long will it take for my hotel deposit to be refunded?

It can take up to 30 days for your deposit to be refunded and reflected on your account depending on bank processing timelines.

Yes, Wyndham Rewards points typically expire four (4) years after they are earned, and in some cases, they can be forfeited earlier. One cause of early forfeiture is account inactivity, i.e., the failure to earn, redeem or transfer points, for 18 consecutive months.
