Help us Find Baymont’s Buddy of the Year

With hundreds of pet-friendly hotels coast-to-coast, Baymont by Wyndham is conducting a nationwide search for its second-ever Baymont Buddy of the Year. One lucky pup will become our newest brand ambassador, starring in an upcoming pet-friendly digital marketing campaign while its fur-parents receive perks like a $5,000 payday, weekend getaway for two and $5,000 travel stipend.

Is your pup well-behaved? Friendly? Outgoing? Paw-fect! Our ideal star will be playful but well-trained, great with strangers, and a ham in front of the camera. And all dogs are welcome to apply!

The Perks

Prepare to be a star. Our chosen pup will become the face of pet-friendly travel with Baymont, participating in a professional photo shoot and starring in an upcoming marketing campaign. Who says managing a star has to be hard? Don’t worry fur-parents, we’ve you got you covered too….your perks include:

  • $5,000 payday
  • $5,000 travel stipend (includes airfare, ground transportation, and on-the-go travel expenses for the photoshoot)
  • 2 paid nights at a Baymont by Wyndham hotel

Send the best photo of your pet to baymontbuddy@wyndham.com along with a 250 word or less description of why your pup is the ideal candidate to be the Baymont Buddy of the Year. In addition to a high-quality photo and description please include in the email: your full name; your email; and place of residency in the United States.

Owners and their dog must be able to travel to Albuquerque, New Mexico and complete a brand photoshoot by February 2024. The winning candidate will be selected on or about October 17, 2023.
