Member Level Accelerated Earning Points Offer Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this offer (“Offer”) to receive more Accelerated Earning Points, a Wyndham Rewards Member must: (i) receive an email invitation from Wyndham Rewards specific to this Offer and/or receive this Offer in the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account (each, an “Offer Invitation”); (ii) register for the Offer via the click through process set forth in the Offer Invitation or by calling Member Services at the applicable number found here, in each case, between October 20, 2023 and December 30, 2023; then (iii) on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book a Qualified Stay; and (iv) begin such stay no earlier than October 20, 2023 and complete it no later than December 31, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). Any stay booked and completed in accordance with the requirements set forth above will hereinafter be referred to as an “Offer Qualifying Stay.” Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, there is a limit of one Offer Qualifying Stay per Member, regardless of how many stays such Member books and completes in accordance with these Offer Terms.

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means any of the following booking channels: wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating Hotel Chains, a non-online travel agent (i.e., a traditional travel agent or travel management company that books through a global distribution system) and/or directly with a Participating Hotel.

The rate at which a Member can earn Accelerated Earning Points in connection with this Offer depends on their Member Level as of the date of the Offer Invitation. Subject to all Offer Terms:

• Blue Members will receive the number of Accelerated Earning Points that is equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Points they earn for the Offer Qualifying Stay;
• Gold Members will receive the number of Accelerated Earning Points that is equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the Base Points they earn for the Offer Qualifying Stay; and
• Platinum Members will receive the number of Accelerated Earning Points that is equal to twenty percent (20%) of the Base Points they earn for the Offer Qualifying Stay.

The Accelerated Earning Points described above will be awarded in lieu of, and not in addition to, any Accelerated Earning Points that would otherwise be earned by the applicable Member for the applicable stay. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer may not be applied to more than one stay per Member.

For clarity, Members must register for the Offer before booking and completing their Qualified Stay(s) in order for any such stays to count toward this Offer. Go Free and Go Fast award stays are also not eligible for this Offer.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions, including, without limitation, that such stays cannot be booked via any third party website; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels.

A Member who is eligible to receive Accelerated Earning Points pursuant to these Offer Terms will typically receive them within two to four weeks after the completion of the stay for which they were earned.

Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency in their Member profile are not eligible for this Offer.A no-show does not count toward this Offer.

The Offer is exclusive to Wyndham Rewards Members. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the Offer without notice. The Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
