Friends & Family: Save up to 20% Rate Terms & Conditions

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms. To qualify for a discount of 10%, 15% or 20% off of the Best Available Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels located in the 50 United States, D.C., Puerto Rico and Canada and participating all-inclusive hotels in Latin American and the Caribbean (the “Save up to 20% Rate”), between January 10, 2024 and February 1, 2024 (the “Booking Period”), on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book a stay in accordance with these Offer Terms and complete such stay by May 31, 2024.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to January 10, 2024 or completed after May 31, 2024, will not qualify for the Save up to 20% Rate.

Exact discount level (10%, 15% or 20% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate) depends on length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:

• stays of one (1) night that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 10% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate;
• stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 15% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate; and
• stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 20% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate.

“Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) via the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Up to 20% Off Rate; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the Up to 20% Off Rate; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancel before 4 PM the day prior to scheduled check-in to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most properties; some properties may require more advance notice. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the Save up to 20% Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Save up to 20% Rate may result in an ineligibility to receive the Save up to 20% Rate. The Save up to 20% Rate and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of a reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation.

Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions. Further, and for clarity, rates do not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed.

Save even more for the same stay as a Wyndham Rewards member by booking the Wyndham Rewards Member Rate at a participating hotel on a Direct Booking Channel during this offer period.
