*Fall Getaway Event: Save up to 20% Rate Terms & Conditions:

To qualify for a discount of 10%, 15% or 20% off of the Best Available Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels in the 50 United States, D.C. and Canada (the “Save up to 20% Rate”), during the period that begins on October 7, 2024 and runs through and includes November 3, 2024, book a stay in accordance with these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) and complete such stay by December 31, 2024.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the booking period described above, begun prior to October 7, 2024 or completed after December 31, 2024, will not qualify for the Save up to 20% Rate.

Exact discount level (10%, 15% or 20% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate) depends on length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:

·       stays of one (1) night that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 10% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate;

·       stays of two (2) consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 15% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate; and

·       stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 20% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate.

For purposes of these Offer Terms: “Best Available Rate” means the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancel before 4 PM the day prior to scheduled check-in to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most properties; some properties may require more advance notice. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the Save up to 20% Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Save up to 20% Rate may result in an ineligibility to receive the Save up to 20% Rate. The Save up to 20% Rate and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions. Further, and for clarity, rates do not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed.
