Entries must have been submitted in accordance with the Eligible Entry table above. The winners will be judged individually on their merit based on creative flair. Each entry will receive a numbered rating against the Judging Criteria below: a) Originality; b) Relevance; c) Creativity; and d) Content.
The entries that have the highest total rating number as determined by the judging panel will win the Prize(s). All entries in this Competition must be the original work of the Eligible Entrant. Eligible Entrants confirm that their entry does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The judging panel will comprise two (2) members of the Promoter’s marketing team. |

Prize Winner Notification & Publication Method |
Winners' names and instructions to redeem the Prize(s) will be published and mentioned in a comment to the respective Contest Post, on the Date of Prize Winner Announcement. |

1. General
1.1. Entry into the Competition is deemed as acceptance of these Official Rules.
1.2. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter Competition or redeem Prize(s).
1.3. Entries not received by Competition End Date and Time or not completed in accordance with these Official Rules will not be eligible to win. This Competition shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
1.4. Terms in the left column of the table above shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the right column of the table above.
2. Entry Terms
2.1. Competition is open to Eligible Entrants only.
2.2. Eligible Entrants must submit an Eligible Entry and comply with the Number of Allowable Entries.
2.3. All entrants shall be responsible for ensuring that their entry and/or acceptance of the Prize does not contravene any local laws or regulations.
2.4. Employees and/or associates of Promoter (and its affiliates), are not eligible to win.
2.5. Use of the promotional material or any other information connected to the Competition and/or the Promoter without prior written consent of the Promoter constitutes illegal use.
2.6. Multiple entries from a single individual based on the same or differing name, email address or social media account will not be permitted.
2.7. All entries must be ideas stemmed from the original thought of the entrant. As such, any entries must not have been previously published in any forum worldwide, unless they are the entrant’s own. Any entries that are found to be derived from the designs of a third party will be considered invalid and, in the event of this being discovered after a Prize was awarded; the Prize must be returned to the Promoter.
2.8. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
3. Prize Terms and Conditions
3.1. The Prize (in whole or in part) is not transferrable or exchangeable, may not be sold, resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
3.2. If a winner fails to redeem or use their Prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be deemed forfeited. Prize(s) not redeemed within the Prize Redemption Period will lapse and no compensation or reissue will be provided.
3.3. Neither the Promoter, nor any of their agencies or affiliates accepts any responsibility or liability for (a) the winner’s inability to use the Prize; (b) the winner’s failure to redeem the Prize within the Prize Redemption Period and/or in accordance with these Official Rules; or (c) the winner’s failure to use the Prize within the relevant Prize Redemption Period or in accordance with the Wyndham Rewards T&Cs or in accordance with any terms and conditions applicable to the Prize imposed by the Promoter or third parties (as applicable); or (d) any damages/injury, loss and expense however described arising out of the winners (and their friends where applicable) use, failure to use, inability to use or misuse of the Prize; and/or (e) any tax liabilities in relation to the Prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination in relation to the Prize.
3.4. The winner will assume all responsibility for Costs in Excess of the Prize.
3.5. Successful redemption of all Prize(s) will be subject to terms & conditions that may be imposed either by the Promoter or third parties.
4. Prize Winner Selection and Announcement
4.1. The Promoter will choose the winning entry(ies) in accordance with the Method of Prize Winner Selection. The Promoter will announce the winning entry(ies) on the Date of Prize Winner Announcement. If a Date of Prize Winner Announcement falls on non-business day, the announcement will take place on the next business day.
4.2. Entries not received by the Promoter by the Competition End Date and Time are ineligible to win the Prize and will not be included in the selection.
4.3. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant through various methods that may be legally available to the Promoter or to remove the entry.
4.4. Neither the Promoter, nor any of their agencies/ affiliates is responsible for negligence arising in any manner, lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries.
4.5. The Prize will only be awarded to entrants who are deemed to have been submitted in accordance with the requirements of an Eligible Entry as described in the table above.
4.6. The Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.7. If there are no eligible entries, no selection will be conducted and no Prize will be awarded, subject to applicable law.
5. Notification
5.1. Winner(s) will be notified as per Prize Winner Notification & Publication Method.
6. Promotion, Marketing and Privacy
6.1. By submitting an entry, entrants agree that, with the exception of personal information as identified in Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see Rule 6.4 below), entry details shall be the property of the Promoter and the entrant’s name, contents of entry and photograph may be used for advertising and promotional purposes by the Promoter, without additional consideration, compensation, permission or notification, unless otherwise notified to the Promoter at the time of entry. Entrants confirm that their entry does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and agree to indemnify the Promoter and its affiliates from and against any and all damages, costs, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred by the Promoter and its affiliates as a result of its use of the information and material as described in these Official Rules.
6.2. If an online third-party platform is used to run the Competition, entrants agree that they are aware that they are uploading their entries including creative work online on a third-party platform with its own terms and conditions.
6.3. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this Competition for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the Competition and awarding any Prize(s) (including providing information to any applicable statutory authorities upon request) and to conduct marketing activities.
6.4. Information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/privacy.
7. Important Information
7.1. It is a condition of entry that each entrant must complete all requirements as set out in the Eligible Entry column in the table set out above.
7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, contact details of entrants and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Competition. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.
7.3. By entering this Competition, the entrant expressly consents to the Promoter forwarding their personal information overseas to any entity located in any country necessary to carry out the purpose of this Competition.
7.4. Information/ data provided and/or used as part of the Competition entry that contains personal information of third parties such as phone numbers, mail or email addresses, or that contains material which is unlawful, or makes reference to illegal activities, or that is offensive, abusive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, indecent or which is sexual or pornographic in nature, that vilifies, insults or humiliates any person, (whether fictional alive or dead) or which highlights, addresses or attacks any person on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability, or that contains profanity or spiteful remarks, or material that is commercial in nature, (this may include but is not limited to materials which advertise or promote any goods or services, websites, competitions, schemes or any other matter), or that contains false, misleading or deceptive information, misinformation or rumour, or that the entrant does not have a right to post because of any law or arising out of a contractual obligation, or that contains viruses, or other malicious code, files or programs designed to interrupt, limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion, will be removed from the Competition, and the entrant will be deemed ineligible to enter the Competition or receive any Prize.
7.5. The Promoter and its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or any loss, damage or injury as a result of human error, technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches even to the extent that such failure, loss, damage or injury may be caused by the negligence of the Promoter. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Competition, subject to applicable law.
7.6. Any contact the Promoter, its affiliates and its or their employees have with entrants may be monitored and/or recorded for training and/or compliance purposes. Please advise Promoter at point of contact if you do not wish for this to occur.
7.7. The Promoter reserves the right to block, prohibit or withdraw entries where that entry impairs the proper operation of the and/or the Promoter's or its affiliates’ business, including automated entry systems and/or services.
7.8. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Instagram. By entering this Competition, the entrant agrees to fully release and hold Facebook and Instagram harmless from liability. The use of Facebook and Instagram is subject to the terms, conditions, and related policies of each respective platform.
7.9. If for any reason the Competition cannot be run as planned or the Prize(s) are not available, the Promoter shall not be held responsible and shall be entitled to cancel the Competition, or any part thereof, replace, reduce and/or reallocate the number of Prize(s) available in its sole discretion (as applicable), subject to applicable law.
7.10 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change any aspect of the Competition and these Offer Rules at any time.
7.11 By participating in this Competition, each entrant agrees that the Promoter and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any losses or damages of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry or participation in this Competition or in any Competition-related activity, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery. The Released Parties are not responsible if this Competition cannot be administered or conducted or any Prize cannot be awarded or utilized due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions resulting or arising from acts of god, war, or terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, weather, pandemics, epidemics, widespread illness, compliance with any law or order of a governmental authority, or any other similar act, event or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. With the exception of any applicable standard manufacturer’s warranties, and without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Competition, including each website or platform associated with this Competition and all Prize(s), is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
8. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed, interpreted and construed under the laws of Singapore. All entrants agree that any dispute or claims arising in whole or in part hereunder shall, be arbitrated under the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in force at the time of filing the arbitration demand, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Rule. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of a single arbitrator to be appointed by the President of the Court of Arbitration of the SIAC. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language in Singapore. The foregoing shall not apply to suits to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights, and Promoter may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
9. Severability
If any rule, term or provision of these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.
