^*Earn 7,500 Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this Wyndham Rewards bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(a)                  first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, during the period that begins on February 26, 2025 and runs though and includes May 9, 2025 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(b)                 after registering but no later than May 9, 2025, book a Qualified Stay of at least two (2) consecutive nights or (ii) two (2) Qualified Stays of one (1) night each on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay no later than June 16, 2025 (the requirements set forth in this clause (b), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(i)       www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(ii)      the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(iii)     onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or

(iv)     the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, Offer not valid at hotels in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

The number of Wyndham Rewards bonus points a Registered Member can earn in connection with this Offer depends on whether or not they are also a primary Wyndham Rewards Visa® Cardmember (an “Eligible Cardmember”).

For every two (2) nights booked and completed in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements (which nights may be consecutive or nonconsecutive), a Registered Member will earn 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (each, a “Regular Bonus”). There is a limit of two (2) Regular Bonuses (i.e., 15,000 bonus points in total) per Registered Member, even if such member exceeds the minimum Booking & Stay Requirements.

A Registered Member who is also an Eligible Cardmember can earn an additional 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points by using their Wyndham Rewards Visa® Card to pay for their stays in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements (an “Additional Bonus”). There is a limit of one (1) Additional Bonus per Eligible Cardmember even if such member exceeds the minimum Booking & Stay Requirements.

For clarity, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, each Registered Member who is not an Eligible Cardmember can earn a maximum of 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points, and each Registered Member who is an Eligible Cardmember can earn a maximum of 22,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points, pursuant to this Offer.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings or free or discounted nights obtained with points; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. A Regular Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay, and an Additional Bonus will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay.

For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before February 26, 2025 and/or (c) ends after June 16, 2025, will not be counted towards this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and any bonus points awardable pursuant to this Offer in the form of points.

For the avoidance of doubt, Wyndham Rewards® Business accounts are not eligible for this Offer.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and where prohibited.
