¹Stay Any 2 Nights, Earn a Free Night: Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this Wyndham Rewards bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(a) first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, during the period that begins on September 26, 2024 and runs though and includes January 16, 2025 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then

(b) after registering but no later than January 16, 2025, book (i) a Qualified Stay of two (2) consecutive nights or (ii) two (2) Qualified Stays of one (1) night each on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay(s) no later than January 20, 2025 (the requirements set forth in this clause (b), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:

(i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;

(ii) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;

(iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property;

(iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App; or

(v) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Official WeChat Mini Program.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, Offer not valid at hotels in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) or Mongolia.

The number of Wyndham Rewards bonus points a Registered Member can earn in connection with this Offer depends on whether or not they are a primary Wyndham Rewards Visa Cardmember (an “Eligible Cardmember”). For every two (2) nights booked and completed in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements (which nights may be consecutive or nonconsecutive), a Registered Member who is not an Eligible Cardmember will earn 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points, up to a maximum of 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (each, a “Regular Bonus”). Registered Members who are also Eligible Cardmembers and satisfy the Booking & Stay Requirements for one or more stays will earn an additional 5,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points after completion of their first such stay to earn a Regular Bonus (an “Additional Bonus”). There is a limit of one (1) Additional Bonus per Eligible Cardmember regardless of how many nights they consume in accordance with the Booking & Stay requirements.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, each Registered Member who is not an Eligible Cardmember may earn a maximum of 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points, and each Registered Member who is an Eligible Cardmember may earn a maximum of 20,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points pursuant to this Offer, regardless of how many stays or nights such Member consumes in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements.

Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings, Free Nights or Discounted Nights with Points + Cash; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. Bonus points will usually be posted to a Member’s member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay(s). For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before September 26, 2024 and/or (c) ends after January 20, 2025, will not be counted towards this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and any bonuses to which they are eligible pursuant to this Offer in the form of points.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.

Free Nights at participating hotels require redemption of between 7,500 and 30,000 points; at participating vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, redemption of between 15,000 and 30,000 points per bedroom is required. At hotels, Free Nights will apply to standard bedroom. Discounted Night with Points + Cash at participating hotels require redemption of between 1,500 and 6,000 points, plus a cash payment; at participating vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, redemption of between 3,000 and 6,000 points per bedroom, plus a cash payment, are required. Free Nights and Discounted Nights with Points + Cash are subject to availability and member must have enough points for all bedrooms in desired accommodation to book a Free Night or Discounted Night with Points + Cash. Per night resort fee payable for all nights at Caesars Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment/Trademark Collection® by Wyndham co-branded properties, including Free Nights and Discounted Nights with Points + Cash.
