What is an extended-stay hotel? 

ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham is designed for guests who are staying longer term, whether that’s a week, a month, or several months. Each suite features everyday essentials to provide the comforts of home—from kitchens with cooktops and full-size refrigerators to smart TVs and free WiFi. Learn more about ECHO Suites here.

 

When is the front desk open?

The front desk will be open at least 8 a.m.–9 p.m. local time, seven days a week. Additionally, these hours may be extended at some locations. If you need assistance when the front desk is not open, please use the courtesy phone located inside the vestibule. Your inquiry will be responded to within 15 minutes.

 

What are the check-in and checkout times?

Standard check-in is 4 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m. local time. However, these hours are subject to change and can vary based on location.

 

Are ECHO Suites dog-friendly?

Yes. ECHO Suites are dog-friendly. You are welcome to have up to two dogs stay with you for an additional fee of $50 for the first night and $10 every night thereafter plus applicable tax. No other animals are permitted. ADA-defined service animals (and other animals required by state law, as applicable) are allowed for no additional fee. Please note: Animals are not permitted in public areas of the hotel except ADA-defined service animals.

 

Does every suite include a kitchen?

Yes. Every suite features a kitchen with an electric cooktop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, shelves, and sink. Some suites at select locations also have dishwashers. For an additional fee, you can purchase a Dish Pack and/or Kitchen Pack at the front desk. The Dish Pack includes plates, bowls, cups, and silverware for two. The Kitchen Pack includes a pot, pan, and lid compatible with both, along with a basting spoon, spatula, and colander. If you do not wish to purchase a Dish Pack or Kitchen Pack, you can bring your own kitchen supplies.

 

Does ECHO Suites have laundry facilities for guests?

Yes. Coin- and/or credit card–operated washers and dryers are available for guest use 24/7.

 

Does ECHO Suites have fitness centers?

Yes. All ECHO Suites have an on-site fitness center with cardio and weight-training equipment open 6 a.m.–9 p.m. local time (hours are subject to change).

 

How often are the guest rooms cleaned?

Suites are cleaned and linens are changed every 14 days and between guest stays at no additional cost. If you’d like your room refreshed more frequently, additional housekeeping services can be purchased at the time of booking, check-in, or with advanced request during your stay.

 

How often are linens changed and what is a “linen exchange”?

Linens are changed every 14 days and between guest stays at no additional cost. If you would like to receive fresh bed linens and towels more frequently, you can take advantage of the linen exchange program, which allows you to exchange your linens and towels for an additional cost.

 

Is WiFi available?

Yes. Standard WiFi is free and available throughout the hotel. Upgraded WiFi may be available for an additional fee. 

 

Are toiletries provided during my stay? 

Yes. Two bars of soap are provided in each guest room. A limited supply of shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and toothbrushes can be requested from the front desk at check-in free of charge.

 

Are food and beverages available for purchase?

Yes. ECHO Suites has on-site vending machines available to purchase snacks and drinks throughout your stay.

 

Is there a phone in every suite and are calls included?

Yes. A landline phone is provided in every suite and all local and toll-free calls are free of charge.

 

Are cribs available?

No, cribs are not available. 

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Please note: If you wish to pay for your stay in cash, you still must provide a credit card at the time of booking to hold your reservation.

 

Can I reserve my stay without a credit card?

No. You cannot reserve a stay without providing a credit card to hold your reservation.    

 

Is a security deposit required?

Some hotels may require a security deposit at check-in. A security deposit is always required if you pay for your stay in cash. Please check with the hotel for more information as this policy varies by property.

 

When will my credit card be charged for my stay?

Payment terms vary by hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to determine when your credit card will be charged for your stay.

 

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

To change or cancel your reservation, you can either contact the hotel directly or go through the channel in which you originally booked your stay. For example, if you booked directly on EchoSuites.com, you can visit the website to manage your reservation. 

 

How can I extend my stay?

To extend your stay, please call or visit the front desk. Extensions are subject to availability. 

 

Are discounts available for longer stays?

Yes. The longer you stay, the more you’ll save at ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham. For special offers and discounts, check the available rates on the room selection page during booking.

 

What happens if I shorten my stay and check out early?

If you shorten your stay, your rate for the nights stayed will be adjusted to the pricing in effect for the length of your actual stay (instead of the length of the original reservation booked).

 

Can I earn or redeem Wyndham Rewards points at ECHO Suites?

No. ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham does not participate in Wyndham Rewards, which means you cannot earn or redeem points for stays at ECHO Suites.

 

Is ECHO Suites part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts?

Yes. ECHO Suites is an extended-stay brand under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts portfolio, which consists of 25 trusted brands. 

 

Why do some of your policies vary by location?

Each ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham is an individually owned and operated hotel licensed to operate as part of the ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham brand. A hotel’s ownership and management determine certain policies.

 

 

Booking Online

 

Do I need to give my credit card to make an online reservation? Is it secure?

Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations made via the Internet. To protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card, the reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

 

Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel and don't show up?

Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. You will be charged for the first nights stay only. To avoid being charged, reservations must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked.

 

How do I view or cancel a reservation that I reserved online?

Go to Retrieve a Reservation to view or cancel your reservation.

Reservations must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked.

 

How do I notify the hotel that I will be arriving after the check-in time?

All reservations that are guaranteed with a credit card are held for late arrivals. If you know in advance that you will be arriving late, please make a note of this in the "Special requests" section of the reservation form. If your late arrival is for the next day, please contact the hotel directly.

 

I am traveling with a child. Will this affect my reservations?

If you are traveling with a child, this may affect your accommodations. When making a reservation, please make sure to indicate the number of adults as well as the number of children when prompted. Additionally, include the number of children and their ages in the "special requests" during your reservation process. If you should have any concerns, please contact the property directly.

 

What if I want to reserve a group of rooms?

If you need more than two rooms, you can make multiple reservations. However, for bookings requiring ten or more rooms, it would be best to fill out our Travel Form and inquire about group discounts that may be available.

How do I find out what kind of accommodations a specific hotel has for the physically challenged?

To find a location that has accommodations for the physically challenged, please go to our Advanced Search page when making a reservation and check off "handicapped accessible only" in the "Your Room Request" section.
